Our Content

You may access and use our services for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• Distribute, transmit, or publicly display our content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without our permission

Your Content

By submitting content to our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Service Agreements

Our professional services (including consulting, AI/ML development, cloud transformation, and other services) are provided under separate service agreements or statements of work. These Terms supplement but do not replace any such agreements.

No Warranties on Deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement, our services and deliverables are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

• The accuracy or completeness of any advice or recommendations
• The performance or results of implemented solutions
• The compatibility with your existing systems
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artelligence and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
• Cost of substitute services
• Personal injury or property damage

Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or material modification of our services
• Unexpected technical or security issues
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

During the course of our business relationship, you may share confidential information with us. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and use it solely for providing services, except as required by law or with your consent.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

• Is publicly available
• Was known to us before disclosure
• Is independently developed by us
• Must be disclosed by law

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artelligence is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artelligence regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver by Artelligence of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
